Fun, while getting a good workout
My core gets a great work out! I swim almost every day, and use these most. While they are a total blast, they do give you an amazing work out. I had the Trainer 2 Monofin (which finally broke after 2 years of constant use - sad Finis isn't making them anymore), these are not as tough of a work out, but still great

- Size may be an issue: The monofin comes in different sizes, but finding the right fit can be tricky. If the monofin is too big or too small, it may not be comfortable to wear, causing distraction and discomfort during the training
