Case cracked after 8 months (purchased April 2017) not from wear and tear but from a cheap design flaw. The right edge of plastic is torn where the two magnets (that keep the lid closed) are inserted. Eventually the magnets will fall out and then the lid won't stay closed. I mainly use this LG v-410 for a few minutes about once a week to read the internet news and I never take the tablet out of its case as it wears the edges and weakens the body. I think this is about the fourth or fifth Fintie tablet case I've ordered over the years. This is the second for my LG. After almost 3 years the old one started to crack a little at the edges. I've dropped various tablets once or twice from time to time and the Fintie cases provided the protection I needed. It's not a very strong case, but it's really nice and light. The smart switch worked great on all of them. I don't just buy a case for protection. I buy it because it gives me something else

Summary: This is a worthwhile purchase. The lid doesn't look impressive at first glance, but it's functionally fantastic. I've had the same cover for 4 years and it hardly wears out. It holds my mat well and is easy to use. Advantages: 1) Durable. 2) Good quality. 3) Functional. 4) Good price. 5) Lightweight. 6) Can withstand disinfectant cleaners. 7) Magnets don't break Disadvantages: 1) The kickstand can become soft over time.

Decent case for the price. Made from cheap plastic so light weight but I've definitely seen it not last more than a few falls or bumps. The magnet on it is rather weak when closed. But €10 with shipping is enough. I pretty much only use it for music notation, so I don't see it as too corrupt. If you need a kid's or travel/outdoor case, be sure to spend the extra $10/$15 for a more durable one.

I bought this for my mother-in-law because I was tired of hearing her complain about her tablet case. I was very impressed with the tablet's hard plastic case with flip screen cover. The only thing I could change is the magnetic patch that holds the lid open when folded for tablet use. I will say that the magnet works well when folded into a triangle to use the tablet in a vertical landscape position. Amazing Value Case for LG G Pad 7.0 V410 LTE. Couldn't be happier. For the price of a screen protector, I get a case that doubles as a stand and also offers a little protection from falls. The magnetic close/auto screen off/sleep feature is great and works great. This is real energy saving.
