Totally inoperable system.

Completely lacking any instructions OR technical support. It did not automatically read my 24 volt system as advertised. From the very beginning, after installation, he indicated that he would supply power and send it to the battery. But in fact, power never reached the battery. When I asked for tutorial 4 on how to change the settings properly, I just referred to the possibility that there is a YouTube video. THE BACK!
