The cutting head ordered first did not match the hole making it impossible to align paper or cardboard. We sent it back and they sent another one just like that. Same problem as the first. Apparently Fiskars doesn't spend money on quality control. Maybe adding a lever will change the alignment, but either way it's a piece of junk and a waste of money.

I don't understand, this only perforates the corners and seems designed that way on purpose because my other rectangular perforation has the metal forming a straight edge all the way around the rectangle. Metal from above at the corners only meets metal from below. But I thought maybe it's some kind of scrapbooking I wasn't aware of, but I checked the top of the hole punch and it really should punch out the rectangle. What a piece of shit! Why did they design it that way?

I have several Fiskars punches. I have read reviews of this product getting stuck and not working properly. I was hoping they were wrong as I have never had a problem with a Fiskars product but the reviews on this product are absolutely spot on! I've barely used it to cut a layer of cards to make gift tags and it's stuck and won't come loose. I am very disappointed and cannot recommend this particular punch! I don't know how it differs from other FIskars kicks, but it definitely doesn't work…
