This product did not work

I have several Fiskars punches. I have read reviews of this product getting stuck and not working properly. I was hoping they were wrong as I have never had a problem with a Fiskars product but the reviews on this product are absolutely spot on! I've barely used it to cut a layer of cards to make gift tags and it's stuck and won't come loose. I am very disappointed and cannot recommend this particular punch! I don't know how it differs from other FIskars kicks, but it definitely doesn't work properly!
