🔥 Heated Replacement Glass for Ram 1500, 2500/3500 Tow Mirror - Large Lens, Left Hand Review

Ordered this mirror after mine was hit by a passing car. Direct replacement for OEM hardware. I was pleasantly surprised that the mirror comes with a bracket that attaches to the motor (not included with the original mirror).

Worked great, installation was easy but I bought the driver's side and got the passenger side. Both are the same shape, only the electronic connections are on the top instead of the bottom if you mount them on the opposite mirror. Still enough cables to get it working so overall a good buy for the price

I like that it's a perfect replacement for the old one. Just be careful and warm up the mounting tabs and mounting surface on the mirror on a cold day or they will break. Also, be careful and have patience not to break the new mirror by snapping the tabs. DO NOT USE SCREWDRIVER for installation. A wide, flat, plastic chisel or wedge is best, as they work somewhat.

2015 RAM 2500HD with two mirrors. Easy to install fits like a glove. If you use heated mirrors a lot, I would recommend unplugging them. The new mirror comes with the base. You must first remove the base (you can use your old one) and install it first, if not, the mirror will not snap into the brackets properly and will fall off later.

Works perfectly. I didn't have to change the entire mirror assembly. Really happy about that. Haven't used the heater yet. But I have every reason to believe it will work as it should. I'll let you know later. hp It is much easier to install by removing the round plastic clip on the back of the mirror. I've attached a picture of how I removed this round plastic bracket.

Good: Snaps easily. The Bad: The wire attachments for the heated portion do NOT match the factory installed mirror and I was unable to connect. (I'll come back and connect the longer wires). It only comes with 3 of 4 mounting posts and has no instructions. Luckily I was able to salvage the "stands" from my original mirror. But on price and shipping, I was able to save about $20 and didn't have to drive to the store to pick it up. So I would buy it again, especially if I only swap the mirror…
