Still a great product, I would recommend you 1. open the car door 2. roll down the window 3. sit in the car seat to line up the replacement correctly. I applied it from the start and missed the target!

I have a 2012 GMC Acadia and it fits perfectly. I read some reviews that said they didn't quite fit, but mine fit perfectly. I was concerned that the mirror tint might not match the driver's side, but it was also perfect. The only thing I have to say is that two small strips of tape didn't seem enough to me, so I bought 3M double-sided tape from my local auto parts store and added enough to cover most of the back of the mirror. Looks great, great price. Its worth it.

This mirror does not quite fit the plastic backing of my 10 Traverse although the description says it is the correct mirror. I would recommend ordering the glass and backing together, the plate slides in and out easily on models this mirror glass fits. Putting it on a broken mirror might make it a better fit, the reviews reflect that. I had a cracked passenger side mirror on my 2008 Acadia. It covered my cracked mirror "almost" perfectly. The adhesive backing sticks perfectly to the mirror, it's been two months and it's still intact. My only issue is that even though it covers the broken mirror, when I line up the top of the replacement with the top of the existing one, there is a small gap showing the bottom mirror.
