Tuxedo with Laydown Collar and Fitted Pleats Review

I have TWO of these and one in black. There are SO MANY WEDDINGS these days - one after the other really! In fact, there is no time for laundry between events! Made for tuxedo rental companies, these shirts come with a 'serial number' barcode to track rental returns - so you KNOW they must be of the highest quality! I couldn't be happier with them! I liked almost everything about this shirt. I ordered it because it had room for 5 rivets in the front instead of 4 and the pleats were long enough to not need a belt. I had to look a little closer at the description because although the cuffs accepted cufflinks, they weren't French cuffs. That's the only thing I didn't like 100%.

Perfect! At first I thought it was the wrong jacket because it had white plastic buttons, but I found that it had both buttons and stud hardware. It fits perfectly, I really like the elastic button on the collar, I wish there were more shirts like this! Looks great with cufflinks and studs. Of course it needs ironing, but that's what happens when you ship a shirt in a bag! I'm 5'11" and 180 pounds. 16.5, 34-35 fit perfectly

Finally came to try them on - they fit perfectly in all directions, they look very well sewn, the buttons are well sewn, the neck with an elastic on the tongue , the button on the collar is very nice. I plan on deleting it using the helpful instructions you sent separately. I look forward to wearing it with my naval officer's blue uniform with gold belt and black bow tie.

My husband is a Mason and wears a lot of tuxedos. This is one of the best I've bought in the last 30+ years. Pin tucks are smaller and easier to iron. The fit of the shirt on the sides and arms is beautiful. Hubby has a "small" tummy, but it's still not okay. He was very happy with them.
