Five Oceans Anchor Double Swivel Connectors are manufactured with great quality, beautiful polish, and smooth contours; AISI316 Stainless Steel ensures that the shape remains intact at loads that meet or exceed the deformation point. These double swivels are forged from tough stainless steel for extremely high mechanical performance in premier ocean racing and commercial marine applications. They are designed with an oval shape for perfect sliding through the roller. The double swivel allows it to rotate in two directions: around its axis and horizontally / vertically. Anchor Double Swivel Up to 5/16 inch Chain Diameter. Working Load is 2315 lb (1050 kg) and Breaking Load is 4630 lb (2100 kg). Hope it stays together.

Looks good, workmanship could be better. Apply red Loctite to both screws to be on the safe side. If it holds up and the threads don't fail, I save a lot of money compared to known swivels. If this fails and I lose my anchor or the boat sails away. Yes, you know what I'm getting at with this. 9 travel days so far so good.

Very durable and appears to be of good quality but it didn't work for me

Item arrived within a few days of ordering. There are no instructions but a fairly simple installation. Looks like a solid construction and quality part. The problem is that with double action the anchor is much more likely to rock side to side than rotate. As a result, the anchor enters its nest from the side and cannot return to the vertical position on its own. We tried several options but ended up returning the old swivel. Maybe it's just a problem with my app, but the product didn't work…
