Five Star Amplified Rotation Installation Review

I would like to return my package as it is missing a key mounting bar to which the kit should be mounted. Also, there is no base plate or bracket to mount the stand on. I don't know where to get the bottom bracket to mount the bar. I didn't find anywhere in the ad that I had to buy the stand and mount separately. So I would like to return the kit or if the supplier can send me the rack and roof mount as shown in pic P5 from the manual.

When attaching the U-frequency vibrator to the main unit, the screw hole was misaligned. The U-frequency wave does not go in far enough for the alignment hole in step D. I re-drilled to make it work. I don't think this thing can withstand a strong gust of wind. The reflective panels are like little sails and are unlikely to withstand winds in excess of 25mph. Must be in a protected area, not in an open field. It wouldn't hurt to test it in a wind tunnel from different angles to see the effects.

The compact size of the antenna makes it easy to install. I was able to use my old directv mast to mount the antenna. I have a problem with the antenna it is the rotor not working the antenna shows I have power on the red light antenna and I also get a very clear pitcher but what is the reason for the rotor if it not working? .
