Great shoes but I modified them for surfing.

First let me say these are great shoes. I think if you were only camping with water occasionally they would be great. I use them for surf fishing and have wide feet. Sand. In addition, they were filled with sand. I modified them by cutting a hole for my pinky toe to stick out and I drilled 3 1/2 inch holes in the sole to let the sand out. Looks like Frankenstein now, but perfect for me. I find unusual uses for them, so I don't blame the shoes. I love them for summer surf fishing

Pros
  • Definitely a good buy!!
Cons
  • Lightweight construction doesn't provide real warmth for colder excursions.

Light only - my new review

These shoes didn't last at all ---- this is my 5th time posting this review --- over 90% of my reviews are 5 stars --- I don't know why the one negative review I always give get constipated again.

Pros
  • I expect them to stretch a bit over time, they feel quite tight when first worn.
Cons
  • The thin outsole offers minimal protection from sharp objects or uneven terrain.

Great shoe for walking in the mud.

My husband and I are training for the Savage race and he needed running shoes. Dries quickly, the bottom of the shoe has excellent grip. No need to tie your shoelaces, they have a drawstring so you don't have to worry about them coming undone.

Pros
  • Weight
Cons
  • Big and chunky

Deez Jawnz from Nice.!

Ever since I started wearing shoes barefoot, I've been amazed at how much more comfortable it is to have a smaller sole with no arch (for me). without laces, sandals, to them. The lace-up version conforms more closely to my foot contour and doesn't sag when I have to make jerky movements. They fit like a glove. The tread is ideally thicker and good for my professional cycling and cooking jobs. I punctured the soles of my other sandals while cycling. My wife loves the way they look on my feet. I

Pros
  • Lots of positive vibes

Suitable for hiking and water but not durable

I usually carry $10. However, 10s fit like a 9.5 in this shoe, or maybe even like a 9. I returned 10s for 11s that fit like a 10.25 if that size existed. My first use of the shoe was a 5 mile hike in muddy conditions with 25+ pounds. The shoes worked incredibly well. Keep in mind that these shoes have absolutely no arch support. I have used them on hikes, creek walks and kayaking. So far they've held up well. Update: I have used these shoes as water shoes when kayaking. After a year they come…

Pros
  • Great price
