Works well with audio and video accessories

The distance between my devices and my wall mounted TV was too far. I have this device half plugged in and now I have a connection. It took about 10 seconds to connect.

  • Slim design

Don't waste your money on amplified HDMI!

Hum. $300 for a 100" HDMI amp OR 2 x 50" for $13 and this amp. I've done both, never again spend that much money on a long amplified cable! I'm a media manager at a church where we watch A LOT of cable TV for various reasons. This thing is a big money saver!

Pros
  • Practical thing
Cons
  • Little things

That does not work. to Video Converter

I have a 75" HDMI cable which I have used with no problems. I had to extend the cable another 20 feet but the signal didn't get through. I bought this extender thinking it could extend the signal another 20 feet. I was wrong. Checked all cables, working fine. It didn't do anything, not even with "additional" USB power supply.

Bracket falls off due to small screw heads

Working, solved the picture quality problem with a 10m HDMI cable. Just tell me what a genius it takes to figure out that screws with the same head size as the holes in the bracket aren't going to hold the bracket in place? Come on guys, the screws are tiny and if you had at least added washers to the bag I wouldn't have to improvise with cardboard paper. In any case, the adapter does what it is supposed to do and the price is really good. If they ever figure out how to size bolts this will be…

HDMI signal weak or no solid signal

When I turn on the TV, I often get the message "HDMI weak or no signal". My TIVO Bolt Vox is connected to my Hisense 55H9F TV via HDMI1 with a 3ft HDMI cable. If I switched to HDMI4 and then back to HDMI1, I usually had a connection. I installed the HDMI amplifier using a 1ft HDMI cable from TIVO to the amplifier and then a 3ft HDMI cable from the amplifier to the TV. Communication was still unstable. But when I connected the included HDMI Booster USB power cable from the amp to the TIVO USB…

Pros
  • Pretty package
Cons
  • Periodicity

Finally found a solution! 👍

Installation: ROKU Ultra Box - to ONKYO Audio Receiver - a 50ft HDMI cable. - to a SAMSUNG HD TV. It is not possible to use two 25ft cables in a wall mount with the amplifier placed in the middle, which is recommended. Problem: Unable to stably receive 4K 30Hz signal from Roku box. It doesn't receive any 60 Hertz signal at all. Can only support 1080p signal with 100% efficiency. Solution: A 6 inch HDMI cable (the shortest I could find) was built into this amp/repeater. Result: I now get HDMI 4K

Pros
  • Price
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.

THIS DEVICE IS GOLD!

The fidelity (weak signal) of the channels was lousy. I have four cameras for recording and two video cards for channel monitoring. There are six HDMI ports in total. All are more than 50 feet from their destination or source. These $19 devices are pure gold. Bought and sold one to try. It comes with a USB power cable. This is not necessary for the operation of the device. HDMI provides bus power. However, if your runs are very long, use it. I prefer to use them as they don't interfere, just…

Delivery and assembly went well. I have a TiVo with 15 " HDMI.

UPDATE - I was contacted by the manufacturer and asked if they could send a new block. They did it and it works fine in my setup, no more crashes when viewing videos We really appreciate your excellent support for your product --------------------------------- -------- ------- ----------------------------------- -------- --- ----------------------------- --------- Delivery and installation of the product was fine. I connected a TiVo to my TV (Samsung 52" widescreen 1080p) through a cabinet/wall

Pros
  • Best in its niche
Cons
  • Without machine

Can't believe it worked

Didn't think the booster would work. After ordering it, I started looking for other expensive solutions like HDMI over Ethernet, suspecting the amp ratings were fake. I have a 49" 4K TV mounted on the wall. I ran about 40 feet of HDMI cable through the walls and ceiling from my Windows 10 PC to my TV. I used a 100 foot HDMI cable, which I found in a trash can in our business center. One end of the cable was missing a connector, so I shortened the cable to 40 feet, routed it through the walls…
