Don't we all hate adjustable hats that leave sunburn scars when flipped over! usually 7 1/4 is too tight and 7 3/8 is too loose. I ordered a large on their advice and it was very large. I love how this hat fits and folds, but the front is so textured I don't like the way it looks and feels. The front is very hard. I actually separated the stiff fabric from the hat and while it's not perfect, it looks and feels better.

Fits great and looks a lot better than my old worn hat (it was over 10 years old and I wore it every day so you can imagine how torn he has become from). My only complaint is that it doesn't fit the contour of my head from the front. He has a "pocket" of sorts on his forehead and doesn't exactly fit in that area.
