It works pretty well. When I opened the package the claws were too extended to push out, but needle nose pliers and ten yards fixed it.

Very bad replica of a good tool. what it should be in order to fulfill its purpose. It's a cheap, thin metal that bends easily. I don't see a long shelf life after the first use. I go back to the local auto parts store and buy the best.

It's so flimsy that when you open the packaging (which comes twisted in a circle) it doesn't squirt out. It's completely curved like a rainbow and you need both hands to put the tip in the right place. So how would it work if you wanted to get a bolt out of a tight spot and into an engine, for example? It will not!

The product didn't even work right out of the box, the claws didn't pop out as if it was stuck in the outer case. I was able to grab the claws with a very small pair of needle nose pliers and pull them out to make them work, but the thing is they came defective from the factory. The handle is pretty flimsy and ended up not working for what I needed it for, which was pulling something that was flushed down the toilet.

I can't get the claw out of the big part of the flexible shaft below. Not at all. He's stuck where he is and not going anywhere. Most of the bottom of the bar should be tight and not twisted so the claw won't catch on it and won't come out. I can't use it like this so I'll either return it or throw it away as it was cheap.
