Flexzilla L2965FZSP Grease Spring Guard Review

One of the best grease gun hoses I've bought, not as stiff as some of them. Haven't used it much though to see how long it lasts.

Do not buy this if you are oiling in cool weather. Can not. Squeeze the gun with a pistol grip, it is very, very difficult to pump a lever gun when the temperature is below 50 degrees with #2 grease.

High quality lube hose extension. Facilitates access to hard-to-reach places. The additional spring protection is a very nice feature. I mainly use it for work on garden and small tea tractors. I should have bought this sooner and saved myself some headaches. I would order this product again without hesitation.

Let's start with the auto lube I don't like and if you can't get to the oiler because the factory hose is too short and you have to use both hands on the gun, well that is actually when I hate lube. It always hits and I can put the gun down and hold it with the other hand and pump the gun with one hand. A MUST for me if you smear a lot at all!

Connectors are 1/8-27 Npt on both ends. This makes it suitable for conventional American hand grease guns. It may seem like a trivial observation, but some of the grease gun hoses listed don't explain that they have 7/16-28 parallel threads on one or both ends. This means you can't install them or damage the threads. I liked it so much that I bought a second one. Look for other hoses listed with 7/16-28 threads. Lincoln, Dewalt or Alemit.
