An Outstanding Solution That Is Easy To Use

They have all the functionality that we need to run our airline with ease. We are able to handle many different types of flight operations in one platform and also use it for maintenance management. The support they offer is also incredible and I would recommend anyone who is looking for an O&M solution to give them a look! It does what we need, no more and no less. Their product works very well and their support team has been amazing to work with over the last two years. We haven't found…

  • Highly customizable you can build your own modules if desired.
  • Very easy installation process (no special tools required)
Cons
  • Does not integrate easily into Microsoft Office products

Great Product and great Customer Support

I liked how customizable it was to your business, meaning if my company didn't already have something in place, they could install what they felt would work best for their particular situation without an expensive or time consuming implementation process of doing so. That being said everything else can be improved as far as making things easier with regards to logging information such as weather events/delays etc. The customer interface is sometimes quite difficult once you're actually on there

This system has been running for our company for over 5 years now and it's a great experience!

The system has been running for over 5 years now, which means it's very stable and reliable. It can be used by any level of users - from newbies to seasoned captains! I like how easy everything is to use. There are lots of tutorials and videos available online as well as training sessions conducted regularly. Sometimes we need more in-depth support or additional features requested. We have all our flight operations (departure/arrival) data stored within this software, so it makes us feel secure

  • Also because its freeware anyone who wants access should absolutely get one without hesitation.you're really missing nothing at least until something better comes along later down the road
