🔑 Set of 2 Flip Key Fob Remotes, Compatible with Mazda 6 2005-2008 (KPU41788) Review

They didn't work on my 2013 Mazda CX-9. I've since found another replacement that actually works. The return was quick and uncomplicated.

Unfortunately they did not fit my car as advertised but the return process was smooth and if I need another set of keys for any of my other cars I will order from this seller again. .

Just follow the instructions and put the machine in programming mode. Pushed the door 2 times, looked at the new key fob and he connected it to the car. Works well, no need to drive to the dealer or pay over $200 for a new key fob.

I ordered this replacement key fob and tried programming it several times on our 2011 Mazda CX-7 but it did not program. So I opened the tag to make sure the battery was good and found there was no transponder inside. It had a battery and an LED that lit up when you pressed a button, but no other electronics. In the photo, my original has been opened up for comparison (bottom keychain) and you can see that the new keychain (top keychain) is designed for nothing other than LED lighting.

This was for a 2007 Mazda 6 Wagon. There was a working key/fob. Went to ACE to cut 4 of these. They did a good job and the key turns in the ignition, the dashboard lights come on etc. So they should work once I've programmed them I expect. Called the local locksmith. I know he knows his stuff. Major +: THEY WORK. The main thing: a flimsy feel, low-quality plastic, the key is not brass, a dent where the former car logo was pasted. But wait: ½ the cost of a smelly dealer network?
