Works great with my Go Pro 4. 10ft cable is the perfect length for 172 people with a rear seat camera. The audio through the cable is clear and allows us to hear our conversations, while the air movement plus allows you to connect an external battery to power the camera. Pass Through also works with my David Clark H10.

Works fine when I'm not using the USB power port. I've tried various external power supplies including my Anker Astro E1. Unfortunately, the noise generated by the power supply is very loud and rhythmic, it completely spoils the sound quality. I tried a mini USB cable with a built in choke and it made no difference. Works perfectly with my Gopro Hero 4 Black, Lightspeed Zulu 3 headsets (instructor uses DC headsets) in Cessna 152. . The first time, a day after the flight, when I wanted to disconnect it from the GoPro, I found that the male end of the cable that connects directly to the GoPro was still connected to the GoPro, but the surrounding cable was itself was deformed or bent as if someone tried to put pressure on the cable when connected to the GoPro.
