Flowmaster 43043 40 Muffler Aggressive Review

Installed on my 2006 Dodge Durango Hemi Limited. Wow! Super aggressive muffler tone, really dizzy when I step on it. A noticeable increase in horsepower is evident. I love this silencer!

On my 2015 1500 Silverado with a single 2.75" outlet, no cats and no cylinder removal. Sounds great and not intrusive. Loud popping at high speeds has been eliminated.

Good quality and perfect fit. Good, deep rumble at idle and on acceleration, but only slight noise from 65-75 mph. At 55-60 mph you can purr the V8 a little more. Whatever you drive on the Autobahn, you can talk well here.

Relatively quiet at idle but gets a little noisy when you step on the thin pedal. 2010 Ram 1500 QuadCab with 5.7 engine. Will fit over an exhaust pipe that has had the factory muffler removed, but MUST extend the exhaust pipe approximately 20 inches.

A friend called and said his muffler was "busted". Upon closer inspection, I found that the welds (factory) were separating. It's ok, I ordered another one without thinking twice and put it on. After 2 weeks they call and say it happened again and send me these photos (attached) which are almost the same as the first broken one (I don't have any photos of it). Do not buy.

I ordered this for my Ford Excursion V10. It sounds great! Reason for only 4 stars is that Revain checked the car and said it fit. I had to do this with extra pieces of pipe up front and my exhaust pipe had to be redone. After all that extra work and interesting welding, it hums nicely but not too loudly. With the V10 this is definitely a unique sound!

Classic Muscle Car Sound! The fit and finish is excellent and made in the USA! I used the Borla Pro XS on my Buick 455. They sounded fantastic when you were cruising or accelerating, but when idling they just sounded soft. These streams are exactly the sound I was looking for. I've spent hours listening to YouTube clips trying to pick one. From Magnaflow, Dynomax, Black Widow etc. Get them, you'll love them.
