Not very loud but has a deep tone

I need this to quiet my current system because it was too loud. It definitely lowered the decibels, but not quite right. I sometimes get asked by people what trim my car has because they find that it's a little lower than most but not as loud as a high performance exhaust.

Pros
  • Everything is fine!
Cons
  • I will be quiet

8 2001 Camaro and the perfect sound I was looking for

This muffler is exactly what I was looking for. Fits my 2001 Camaro 3.8 snugly and delivers the perfect sound I was looking for. It's a low, hoarse hum, but not loud enough to disturb the neighbors. I've posted a sound demo video on YouTube for anyone who wants to hear the sound. I am very comfortable

Pros
  • Hands free operation
Cons
  • Slightly dented

Strong low rumble on parts

I installed this Delta 50 series on two different customer vehicles both of which were 4 cylinder 1/4 ton trucks. Engines. This muffler balances out the popular Flowmaster roar well without being too loud inside and out (it doesn't sound too "risky" on a 4-cylinder engine). This is exactly what I was hoping for. I've been a Flowmaster fan for many years. Many Thanks

Pros
  • This is amazing
Cons
  • Some little things

I have a custom coilless 2.25" true dual system that I bought 2 of these mufflers for. You have exceeded all expectations. I didn't want a cod from any of the 4o series silencers. These are quiet at idle, low-pitched at cruising speed, but full-bodied and aggressive under acceleration. Exactly what I was looking for. Very little resonance in the cockpit but they would be even quieter if I left the cats on. .

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Good but not great

Solidly made and requires no attention.

Bought this because my muffler on my 2011 Equinox 2.4 was rotten and the stock Walker has been known to rot just like the stock but faster. So I went with Threadmaster. I didn't want an aggressive sound, I just wanted something I knew wouldn't rot and I've had other Flowmasters that have lasted over 25 years. It has a bit more bass tone, but it doesn't have much volume unless I'm actually hitting it. Under normal conditions, this is about the same as a standard muffler, but with slightly lower…

Pros
  • Heavy Duty Finish
Cons
  • Damaged

Loud whistles Less pedal

The 50 series produces a significant amount of base from the rear of my non-turbo 2 liter Lancer. Each increase in speed creates a note. And of course, the higher the revs, the more aggressive the roar gets. The noise is less than moderate in the driver's seat with all windows. However, the base makes itself felt. Reaching freeway speeds seems less difficult, but I won't claim a significant increase in acceleration. At stable speeds, the 50 series runs as quietly as possible. Most commuters…

Pros
  • Nice stuff
Cons
  • I don't remember but there was something
