🚗 Flowmaster 9425472 Super 44 Series Muffler - 2.5 Inch Inlet, 2.5 Inch Outlet Review

Came with a greasy dent I have to trim the pipe a little to make it work properly but yeah. Looks good, delivered quickly, otherwise good quality dent. I don't know why they sent it with problems or didn't check it before shipping to make sure it wasn't damaged. And why didn't the people who made it see the mistake?! It has not been dropped, this is a defect in the tube from which it was made. Just don't look how he passed the test.

This was a great purchase at a great price! I installed it on my Lincoln Navigator and it gave me the sound I ever wanted! I just did an axel drop but the sound isn't quite overwhelming. At idle the noise is a pleasant hum, but when you step on the gas. Then it opens and howls with a sound that will draw everyone's attention! I absolutely love what it has done for my sat nav, it makes all the great sounds a 5.4 DHOC Ford engine can make!

Great price and fast delivery. Came earlier than expected. Installed it on my 2010 Chevy Silverado 5.3 v8. be adapted to each truck. My standard muffler was 3 inches. I added 2.5 twin tubes and 4 inch ferrules. This gave it an aggressive sound. at idle it has a deep rumble. the roar is imperceptible and does not disturb the cover or the music. Oh, and when you hit 2000 rpm you hear the sound of freedom.

I installed this Flowmaster on a 2003 F150, it took a muffler mechanic about 90 minutes to remove the factory muffler and make a 24" extension as the muff the Series 44 much is shorter original factory silencer. Then make a second exhaust pipe, weld all the parts together and install 3 support brackets, all for $110. It has a pleasant rumble at idle and isn't overly loud in normal driving. Mud and winter tires almost completely muffle the sound of the new muffler.Very happy so far.

Bought for my 2005 manual transmission Jeep Liberty Renegade. The total project cost about $300.00. was rejected by two local muffler shops. due to the brake lines on the rear axle on the driver's side. I had to contact a local welder and persuade him to run both pipes on the passenger side. He said it was hard work. but I think it's just because they got it right. Less than 6 hours later my jeep returned. You can't tell by the noise, but idling makes a big difference. Sounds like a man truck…
