Fluke Automotive Meter Upgrade Case

I have a Fluke 8 automotive test tool that has a cracked hard plastic case. I called Fluke and customer service recommended their C50 soft case. The meter fits perfectly, including space for cables, alligator clips for cables and manual. Although the C-50 is slightly more expensive than other cases, it is perfect in every way. It also takes up much less space in your tool box than the original hard case. Highly recommended.

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • Some errors

Poor quality - tool bags

I have had two of these cases for 9 months. Both suitcases have spent most of their lives in a closet in my basement. Both hulls began to fall apart at the seams. I would understand if these cases had busy life, daily use, industrial use etc. but for what they charge for these cases I would have expected them to last longer. I have two other old inexpensive Caseling cases that still look brand new. I would not buy these cases again.

Pros
  • Comfortable to use
Cons
  • Everything ok

Nice big case Fluke DVM

Although the size of the case was stated in the specifications, when I held it in my hand I was surprised by its size. Much larger than the enclosures that came with the Fluke DVM. The original case with my DMM started to fall apart and my gauge had cracked black foam pieces, the case was over 20 years old. I like this case as it allows me to store my meter, test leads that I already had, a set of Elenco alligator clips and other items I want to keep.

Pros
  • Very good price
Cons
  • Not everything fits

Decent case with room for 117

I bought this case when I got the 117. It's a great investment if you have a meter. On arrival I took all the paperwork that came with the 117 and used the slip pocket. I also ordered an EXTECH TL809 with alligator clips and wire hooks. These connectors fit perfectly in the bag as shown in the photos. Right now I'm using Extech test leads (not recommended for resistance testing) but they're fine for continuity. I was distracted. In short, there is space and the case serves its purpose.

Pros
  • Easy to install
Cons
  • Updates available

Just fits my 87V Max

The internal dimensions differ slightly from the information in the description. Actual internal dimensions are 8.5 x 5.2 x 3 as you can see in the photo. My Fluke 87V Max fits snugly in the meter, which doesn't bother me, but I'm glad the case didn't get smaller or I'll get in trouble. The case feels solid enough despite being made in China. Although the gauge can be used in the specified case, the velcro that holds the gauge needs to be undone in order to rotate the gauge into the correct…

Pros
  • That's awesome
Cons
  • No automatic

I've been an electrical engineer for many years and I'm a big fan of Fluke equipment. The seller of this product I ordered just a few days ago added different pictures than what I received after paying $30. A small amount of money you say, but why pay if I don't want that and order it? So I got a small case that only fits a multimeter tester. Image and product information The "C35" is actually a medium-sized case. Just to sell the product they added different pictures of this product. Shame on…

Pros
  • Rugged construction

  • Miscellaneous Other

Nice case with room for a manual and some accessories

This tote does exactly what it says on the description. It doesn't feel "premium" like the Fluke gauges themselves, with internal dividers that are a bit more fragile than I expected, but overall quality is good. From the outside, however, it looks nice and solid. Please note that the case I received does not look exactly like the official Revain image; Instead of a large yellow top stripe, it's all black with a smaller embroidered Fluke logo. Actually, I prefer it that way. I've included a…

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • I don't have much to complain about, everything is fine

Ideal for power tools and hand tools

I was glad the C50 case I received was nylon rather than vinyl as in the photo. The Fluke logo is 3D black letters on a yellow vinyl rectangle sewn to the front of the case. He just looks great. Some have complained that the case is too small for their Fluke meter, but I bought mine because it was larger than the recommended H6 case for my Fluke 62 Max + IR thermometer. This housing, while suitable for larger Fluke IR thermometers, was too large for the 62 Max, but the C50 was perfect for it…

Pros
  • Best in the niche

The new version of the Fluke C116 soft carrying case fits most people.

I use the Fluke C116 case to carry my Fluke 189II/AN multimeter and my Fluke i410 AC/DC clamp meter. The Fluke 189II/AN is the same size as the Fluke 287/289. These gauges fit into a case that accommodates the 9000 Series Probe Master 9101R Test Lead Set and accessories. The bag has a pocket on the "lid" that closes with a small velcro to store accessories and/or cables. . Sliding padded divider allows for separation of test tools and/or accessories but is limited in number. There is padding…

Pros
  • Impressive packaging
Cons
  • Boring packaging
