the design is terrible. The LED anode is thin.

Probe extensions work. that's all I've been trying to get, but light is the absolute most useless thing. the design is terrible. The LED's anode has a thin ramp that you can sit and climb on when it's on. but falls easy, so it doesn't stay on.

Pros
  • Ease of use
Cons
  • Some cons

I love these probes. for multimeters and analyzers

These extension probes are ideal for situations where high voltage could be dangerous. I could use them with the knowledge that my hands were protected from accidental contact. The probes are long enough to reach deep cabinets, starters and hard-to-reach places. Light is useless - too big.

Pros
  • Excellent overall performance
Cons
  • The list will be long.

Extensions are good when you need these things

Extensions are good when you need these things. I do. I have four sets so I can reach the back of the deep battery cabinets. I use two or three pairs almost every day. I like that they are short enough to fit individually in my toolbox. But the light is terrible. They turn on with a light touch, meaning the slightest touch of the toolbox will turn them on and drain the battery. Of the four sets I bought, two were already dead in the package! To turn them off, the switch must be very…

Pros
  • Best in their niche
Cons
  • So-so
