Optimized Fluke TPAK Meter Hanging Kit Review

Fluke products are great but I think this add on should come with the test tool. When working in the field, this magnetic tape often comes in handy. While I want to give a review on what this addon is and how expensive this addon is, I think its usefulness really deserves a 5 star rating.

Works! Easily supports the weight of the gauge. Makes reading much easier when you can't hold the device in your hands. The 5 stars are the price. I know Fluke products are quality products at reasonable prices, but it's just a magnet, a plastic clip, some plastic buckles, and some nylon velcro. I recommend.

Pros - I actually bought the kit mainly for the strap and magnet. The magnet is very strong, so I didn't buy the unnamed brand. Do you really want to entrust your $$$ counter to a cheap magnet? One drop and you'll regret not spending the extra money on a quality product. Cons - thin strap and hook are good things but I don't know if I'll ever need them. A bit pricey but worth it. brand name and quality.

Yes it's expensive, over $30 for a magnet, strap, velcro and plastic. But you pay more for the features it offers than for anything else. Perfect fit for my Fluke 179.
