Went for vibration diagnostics and found 3 bolts had broken off after less than 8000km. A 2000 Honda Civic, yes, tightened to the 78 ft lbs spec from the Honda manual. Luckily the wheel didn't fall off.

I appreciated the quality of the spacers, however due to very unusual and noticeable vibration I had to remove the front spacers after a few checks to ensure the installation was correct.
