I use this lock to lock my new bike at the train station. It really is a learning castle. I love that everything is covered in plastic to protect my bike's paintwork. It also has a much longer reach than most U-locks. I've installed mine on a set of water bottle grommets and it doesn't bother or rattle at all. Although it's more expensive than some U-locks, I find it works a lot better for me.

I like this lock. It attaches securely to the bike, opens wide enough to attach the bike to most things a much lighter weight chain can secure, and is nearly indestructible.
