Does not mix well.: Mixtures

This is the only chia protein POWDER I could find. 2 tablespoons equals 5 grams of protein. My problem with this powder is that it doesn't mix well. It sticks together and turns into a paste like balls of slime that I can't break open and I ended up chewing it almost like a big piece of gum that doesn't taste good. It sticks to the mixing ball in the shaker cup and stirring with a spoon doesn't do anything. A blender would be the only way to mix this powder thoroughly. The mixing issue combined

Good if you have a really powerful blender

They taste great and are very chewy, but you need a really strong blender or they really stick together. It's not something you can mix up easily. I have learned that chia seeds absorb up to 12 times their weight in water and are also a natural thickener. This makes them great for soups and when your protein shake is too watery and you want it to be really thick. But like I said, they get very lumpy if you don't mix them very well, and for that you need a lot of high-speed mixing power. If youโ€ฆ

I would order this again!

I really like this product. It works as intended. I know some reviewers complain about the crowd. 8 ounces and 5 g of protein requires 2 TB. I don't know anyone who uses chia powder as their main protein source. Think of it as a supplement/supplement to your protein source. I don't use it every day either, otherwise it runs out quickly. It is very useful as a binder and thickener. It would be helpful to research ways to use chia powder. Also in my house there are 3 blenders, brand GNC, Magicโ€ฆ
