I really like this product. It works as intended. I know some reviewers complain about the crowd. 8 ounces and 5 g of protein requires 2 TB. I don't know anyone who uses chia powder as their main protein source. Think of it as a supplement/supplement to your protein source. I don't use it every day either, otherwise it runs out quickly. It is very useful as a binder and thickener. It would be helpful to research ways to use chia powder. Also in my house there are 3 blenders, brand GNC, Magic Bullet and Nutribullet. (Now I see no point in paying $300-$500 for a blender!) They blend chia powder perfectly. How to taste. I think your palate needs to adjust to the texture and taste like most supplements like green powders or protein powders. Most of us who change or have changed our health/diet, habits/lifestyle know that not everything will be the way it was before these changes. Just make the most of it. Make it work. You'll be better. GOOD MOOD EVERYONE!
