Just ate several batches of ice cream. Great taste and texture! Your ice cream will be slightly creamy (rather than rock hard), but it can be quickly "cured" and hardened by placing it in the fridge for a while. This machine is quieter and less noisy. The durability is well managed and it will prove its durability after a long time. Suitable for small appliances

I've never made my own ice cream, but it works very well. Just double cream or whipped cream and whatever you like to add. This is soft serve ice cream and can be eaten immediately or frozen for a firmer ice cream.
