Great Software, Professional Customer Service

This software was easy enought ot use in training sessions we had with other departments at our organization as well as internally within my own department. The tool itself doesn't have many built-in functions; however it's very simple to add all of them once I've figured out what they're looking fo so i guess this isn't really an issue but does leave room for improvement or extra tools. If there are any additional features needed then those can be added easily by just contacting their support…

Forge Bluepoint - great internal knowledge transfer tool

The ability to create customisable routes/paths with multiple options. You can also configure the system to show different content at different locations along the route. It's difficult to get used to as it takes some time to understand all of the system functions but once you've figured it out it's very easy to use. There are some new features coming soon which will help the overall user experience. We're using Forge Bluepoint to manage our internal tours for our sales team. This has improved

Great all-inclusive sales force automation software

The platform is easy to use and has great integrations with other systems like Salesforce. We use it as an analytics tool as well which makes it even better. It would be nice if there was a way to add more custom fields to the dashboard. I wish we could see more data points in the reports in addition to showing the average time spent at each step of a journey. Forge Bluepoint helps us keep track of our visitors by giving us detailed insight into what they are doing when they come to our site…

I like how easy it was setup through our Salesforce system with all of their integrations already built in! We were able use existing tags from other platforms which saved us time setting up new ones within forge blue point itself as well. There are some minor glitches here & there but nothing too major or difficult at this stage either way we have been very happy so far! Would definitely recommend using them if they offer free trial periods before purchase - otherwise make sure its something…

Easy way for companies big & small alike

I love how easy it was to navigate through all of our different pages when creating an event experience. It has been extremely helpful to organize everything we need in one place instead of having to go back and forth between two or more tools each time! There are some features I would like added but nothing really comes to mind at this moment. The customer support team are quick to respond with any questions/concerns. They have also helped us get up and running faster than if we had tried…
