Definitely the way.

Purchased and a custom Mazda wiring harness (instead of splicing). It didn't take long at all to get up and work. Just a few settings in the firmware, which are easy to do in the program, then a few beeps and tambourines, a flashing light, and everything worked.

Pros
  • Dope 🔥
Cons
  • Only available in white

2013 Audi A5 in interior

Couldn't get EVO-ALL to work with my 13 A5. This EVO-ONE worked great. With radio remote controls and factory key fobs. Fortin tech support is usually pretty good but not this time, I tried this in the dark and it worked! The same AUD1-THAR.

Pros
  • Comfortable
Cons
  • Big and bulky

Super Easy Install Fits Interior

Installing the EVO ONE on my 2018 Mazda CX-5 Touring was a breeze. With the Thar One Maz3 Wiring Harness, there's no need to cut wires, just plug and play. I always thought I forgot something. But it's that simple. The programmer had to figure it out a bit, but it's not difficult either.

Pros
  • Absolutely Amazing!
Cons
  • Doubtful

no t harness best in remote starters

the one i received was previously returned as the packaging was not what it should have been, the seller accepted the return with no problems. Note that this Doe model does NOT include a T-cable, you will need to cut and connect all the wires. Look for a model with a T-shaped suspension. saves a lot of time.

  • practical item

Very good!: Remote starter

Installing this item was relatively easy in terms of programming. Getting to the wires of a particular car was a chore. I find it really odd that you have to buy a separate device that costs another $40 to complete the programming. However highly customizable and least invasive once you have also purchased the switch harnesses required for your specific vehicle.

Pros
  • Trial period for one year
Cons
  • Mostly ok, but...

did what others said it couldn't

I've been told the factory key fob can't be used with the remote starter for my Ram Promaster. Fortin can and it works like a charm. The installation instructions were great, I took my time, programmed the device and it works great. I can reprogram it to use more alarm settings. The wiring instructions include clear pictures of the car wires where everything is connected. I would buy it again in a heartbeat.

Pros
  • satisfied so far
Cons
  • will do

Will be installed by a technician if you have no experience

This installation is not for beginners. For some reason there is no T-bar suspension for a Kia hand launch? Before installation, you will need two diodes and a wire for the hood switch. Also a lightning cable if you don't have one. Programming was easy. So far this is working as expected. All I wanted was a long distance start in the Arizona heat. Almost all companies, except Fortin, want you as a dealer to get an installation sheet and flash software. So that's a plus! The instructions could…

Successful install on a 2010 Acura TL

This is the fourth Fortin product I have installed. Unlike the EVO All, this setup took a little longer due to the lack of a T-bar and the unavailability of the push-to-start Acura TL remote start option. I had to do a bit of splicing and the 12 gauge wires were soldered instead of spliced. Programming the EVO ONE and the HF antenna (via Flashlink Updater) was easy. I recommend buying Flashlink Updater. This allows you to customize your module if you bought it without programming. Every problem

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • Definitely bad product
