Ideal for home and camping.

We love this hanger! We live on a cul de sac and love hanging out with our neighbors. With this insert, we can take the dog outside and don't have to worry about it running away. We've had him for a few months now and mostly in the garden. It hasn't rusted and still works great. It is relatively easy to screw into the ground and just as easy to remove for mowing. We even took him on a hike because we like to take our dog with us.

Not pitbull proof for training and behavioral help

My wife put it in the ground and after a few minutes my putbull bent it. She saw another dog and ran away, from which the stake in the ground was bending. The stake remained in the ground, the jacket simply buckled. The clips on the leash have rusted over time but still work. I think for large dogs like Pitbulls just a leash would be the best buy. Just buy a longer leash and tie it to a tree or something. Slightly more stable than cola.

Used three months with no problems

Bought when I moved to a new house with a huge garden. We attached a 40 foot leash to give our dog a large area to run. It was very easy to screw into the ground and we had no issues with it coming loose or the durability of the part where you attach the leash to with our 35 pound dog. She loves chasing squirrels and rabbits and is constantly testing her limits, so this is a very good sign that she has stuck it out this long. Great product at a very affordable price.

does the job. in Tie-Outs & Stakes

I use this stake for my 45 lb dog. She is small but strong for her size. Another review mentions the leash getting stuck in the triangle, possibly because the peg was screwed too deep into the ground. If there is still enough of it sticking out of the ground, the line should never be pulled high enough to coil the triangular handle, just spin under it. When screwing into the ground, the last few turns can be a bit heavy on the hands. If you have a broomstick or piece of pipe lying around, it'sโ€ฆ

Sticks well to the ground and is easier to remove.

This stake sticks well to the ground. I have a Siberian Husky that is good on a leash and on a leash. He gets a little nervous when we're at the baseball field and other dogs show up to say hello to, so the stake saw him get pulled and all. But it never turned up even in dry crumbly soil. Sometimes it is difficult to screw it into the ground. I recommend getting a metal rod (or a sturdy wooden handle) that goes through the triangular loop at the top of the pen. Screwing it into hard ground is a
