I liked the variety of colors available and that they are kept in a special tin box. I initially had trouble getting the pens out as they were so well packaged - I had to use a paper clip to get the pens out. I really liked the sharpener in the kit! My coloring has reached a whole new level of depth and tone!

These colored pencils come in a beautiful tin box. They are easy to use and easy to sharpen. I love the colors, I arranged them in the jar the way I want them. This helps me find all the colors more easily for my own use. They are numbered if you prefer to keep them in order. I would recommend these pens and will buy them again. Lisa Smith Perrin

I like the variety of colors and how good they are for mixing and mixing colors. I use them to color in writing cards. I've used gel pens in the past but found them easy to draw on the surface of these cards. Just how you hold your pen can deepen the color or fill in very small gaps. It also comes with a durable pencil sharpener. I have a size 72 pencil, but I need a larger size to accommodate other colors.

These are definitely decent pencils and definitely worth the money, but there are better alternatives. Colors are good and bright, durability is good, no serious damage, good color selection. What I didn't like was the layering of the wax that happened after many layers and shades, especially with the darker tones it was more noticeable and at a certain point you couldn't get the color onto the paper. Excellent pens. I originally bought them because they reminded me of the look of other Art pens and I was curious if they were the same. I honestly can't be sure! What I can say about them is that they have a nice matte black body (round) that is nice to hold in hand. The pencils (marked with the Soft series) are soft, but NOT Prisma or Colorsoft soft. Color variety is good (with a good mix of blues, pinks and greens) and some bright/pastel colors. There aren't many dark browns or neutral grays

I bought these because they are similar to two other sets that I really like, I only use them for artistic coloring. The stems are black, the end of the pencil indicates the color. I have found that the color indicator on several pencils does not match the base color of the lead so a color chart is required and recommended.
