LARGE nozzle suitable for power tool parts and accessories

This is a large block of steel. The image shown has a much smaller bit. The 50-138 measures 2" x 2" and is few and far between. The hard metal is fine-grained and razor-sharp. Really works without vibration. I've used it by hand to trim some of the doors in my house. He cut through her like a knife through butter. The instructions only recommend using the router chart, but I had no problems with the Bosch variable speed router. This takes a few extra seconds due to centrifugal force.

2 " Flush Cutter Bit

Can't believe I'm only giving Freud 3 stars. I've probably bought at least 50 Freud cutters and so far they've been fine. However, this nozzle has a bearing whose diameter differs slightly from the diameter of the nozzle itself. It's enough that I can't use it as a standalone inlay tool. When I use this jet and it's a monster it's HUGE, I have to 'finish' it with another jet flush to get the precision required for inserts. Treat this bit with respect

The bit is sharp and well balanced. Always use a very low speed, e.g. B. 2 out of 5. Only in the router table and only if the router and table are a safe match. It produces a lot, and I mean a lot of vibration. If your table and support system isn't better than average you'll run into problems like: the router lock will vibrate and the router will slide into the table to remove the bearing from your jig = gouges and flying wood. There is then a chance that the vibration will loosen the screws…
