For cutting dovetails for dividers on the Queen Anne Highboy school bus. Use it in both handheld router and router table. Nice clean cut. clear edges. Looks very good.

This nozzle is so beautiful, clean, like a dovetail, it's a shame to hide it! I used this to feed a very long sliding dovetail into the back of a shelf I made. I then made a strip out of it, which I attached to the wall and slid the shelf over it. This created a very neat and secure shelf bracket with no visible fasteners, no glue and can be removed if required.

This is now the only nozzle in my shop to be used with my aluminum dovetail template. I had previously purchased another, bottom, yellow cutter with the 'same' settings but was unable to get a tight dovetail fit. I ordered this cutter and can now produce precisely fitting joints. Apparently the other cutter was a few thousand off and removing too much material. I have built countless dovetail bars with this cutter so far and it still rips hard maple like the day I got it. .
