Freud Cove Shank Radius 30-107 Review

When I tried this router bit for the first time, I was amazed at its ability to create perfect radius cuts. The smooth finish left behind was flawless with no need for sanding. The sharp edges make cutting even the toughest materials effortless. However, the only downside is its price, but it is definitely worth the investment if you are looking for precision and quality in your work. Overall, I highly recommend this product!

Great price tool. Very clean cuts, may not need sanding. First I make a 45 degree bevel on a table saw and all it takes is one pass over the router table. Perfect edge!

Another great product from Freud. This drill bit is actually quite a large diameter so a variable speed cutter is required and should be rotated at 16,000rpm or less I would say for safety reasons. The cuts are clean and the racket is processed as usual. The carbide is well polished and thick, which means it will last a long time. Made in Italy.
