Fun cross-stitch kit for beginners

When I tried this Arts and Crafts kit, I was pleasantly surprised by the ease of use and the cute design. It was a great way to pass the time and create something beautiful. However, the thread quality could have been better. Overall, a great starter kit for anyone interested in getting into cross-stitching.

Pros
  • Easy and enjoyable crafting project for fans of the TV show Friends
Cons
  • Requires patience and attention to detail, as cross stitching can be time-consuming and intricate

Very few threads

Too bad I didn't have enough thread not only for the lettering, but also for the many reverse stitches, which made me really miss the dark gray color. I also missed the dark yellow thread. How can you not send enough yarn in your embroidery kit!

Pros
  • Cross stitch
Cons
  • Crumpled packaging

Good size and love the phrase

I liked the size of the project as I was trying to make it in time for a gift to a friend. I've been embroidering with a counted cross for many, many years. I know it's hard to embroider words without pulling the thread from word to word on the back, but. No matter how hard I tried, some of the black thread showed up on the front of the product. Maybe it was more noticeable to me because I did the stitches. I'm not sure how I could have done this project differently without the thread showing…

Pros
  • counting sets
Cons
  • boring packaging
