🐸 Ultimate Protection: Frogg Toggs Wrap-Around Gravel Guards, Black, Adjustable Review

Well I put them on my waders and as soon as I got in the river one of them broke off immediately and went with the current. I also had a not very strong current. Great idea, but it just didn't work.

Velcro very real quality. I suspect they are really low quality 3rd world made from inferior materials or just plain fake. I expected much better quality from Frogg Toggs-tf.

I took them fishing and one fell off the first day and I was able to pick it up while swimming in the river, it fell off again on the 2nd day and I never saw it again . If you see it floating in Madison near West Yellowstone, please get it out of the river but don't try to use it. It's useless.

I fish a lot in the water and they give me a sense of calm when I'm in the water. I was hit by a stingray earlier this summer while wandering around the bay. It's very painful/dangerous so I immediately looked for some sort of protection. I've paired them with some 3mm neoprene boots and the thickness they create is a great barrier and allows me to fish freely rather than looking down all the time worrying about stingrays. Just received these today and they worked great. I love running around and fishing in my bathing suit (especially in this 100 degree heat). Huge boulders kept hitting my water shoes. Okay, it was actually fine sand that really irritated my feet. So I bought some cheap canvas high top sneakers and then wrapped these awesome Gravel Guards around the top of the shoe and went down the stairs and caught a perch about an hour after unpacking.
