With a high-quality non-stick coating from the world leader WHITFORD, it is made using the latest technology, which allows you to cast iron products with a thinner wall thickness than in the classic version. Thus, it was possible to reduce the weight of the product by almost 50%, while the strength of the alloy was increased. Now any housewife can easily handle this frying pan! The unique structure of the HONEYCOMB bottom is made in the form of honeycombs, which protects the inner surface of the bottom from possible scratches by sharp objects, and also helps to evenly distribute the oil over the surface, preventing the oil from “rolling”. The stainless steel handle does not heat up (heating is only possible at the attachment point) and allows you to use the pan in a professional kitchen. It is possible to use a frying pan for cooking in the oven (the handle will, of course, be heated, be careful!) Important! All PROFFI products of the CAST IRON line made of cast iron are completely ready for use and do not need to be baked! Baking may damage the non-stick coating. the working temperature of any non-stick coating is 250 C, and at 420 C, sintering (destruction) of the non-stick coating occurs! Care tips for non-stick cookware: Before first use, remove all labels and packaging materials. Wash thoroughly with warm soapy water, rinse and dry with a soft towel or kitchen towel and pierce the item. To avoid damage to the non-stick coating, do not heat an empty cookware for a long time. Do not expose the product to sudden changes in temperature. Do not use metal sponges or cleaners containing abrasives or chlorine bleach. Ideal for frying potatoes, this did not work on thin Teflon. It’s also convenient to stew in it, I don’t dare to fry the scrambled eggs, suddenly everything will start to stick later (personal experience - if you fried the scrambled eggs, then the first pair of pancakes in almost any pan will stick and turn over badly). My pen does not get hot, but I also cook not on gas, but on a glass-ceramic stove. By the way, the pan is quite friendly with her, does not overheat.
