Ideal for frying potatoes, this did not work on thin Teflon. It’s also convenient to stew in it, I don’t dare to fry the scrambled eggs, suddenly everything will start to stick later (personal experience - if you fried the scrambled eggs, then the first pair of pancakes in almost any pan will stick and turn over badly). My pen does not get hot, but I also cook not on gas, but on a glass-ceramic stove. By the way, the pan is quite friendly with her, does not overheat.

It warms up well and keeps the temperature for a long time.

Cons

It is heavy, but this is an indicator that cast iron, and thanks to its gravity, it keeps the temperature.

Pros below: The pan is great. The non-stick coating is good. Some cons: The handle gets very hot. I had to wrap it with fluoroplastic tape in several layers.
