    Will not fit 2017 Giant Talon 3

    It would be nice if the outside diameter was listed for the size of steerer it mounts into as it is quite small enough for my talon I was planning to upgrade the headset with my new plug but had to reuse the factory headset when it didn't fit.

    Good sealed headset

    I was a little nervous it was fake when I opened the box but everything seems genuine. The Chinese English and the Presta valve cover put me off. I used FSA when BMX was the life so I think it will hold up on a road bike with no issues. The start of the race for the crown took a few minutes, but that's okay. Feels comfortable and smooth.

    Looks good! in Parts & Components

    so I'm repairing a 2012 Raleigh MTB that I found cheap. The only problem was that the headset was missing parts so I bought this kit. In the end it worked and the bike looked a lot better. Just make sure you have the right tools to get the job done. It's a whole suite. So if you want to upgrade and install properly, you'll need to remove the old cups and remove the old crown race, which can be a hassle without the right tools.     Great sealed cartridge headset for 1 1/8 " threadless frames

    Update: Already ridden about 500 miles with new headset. Still spins very smoothly .I had to tighten the top cap once after a couple of bumpy rides but I suspect it's just loose because my setup tightened a little more under my weight.High quality parts with aluminum cups (lock in straight position).The package was well packaged although not in the original box and comes with all parts in order of installation.This unit is required to fit 1 1/8" threadless headsets that use external cups…
