Fuel Injection Hose Clamps Pack Review

1/4" clamp only fits 1/2" hose. If you need to slide the hose onto the fitting you will need to remove the clamp as it doesn't stretch too much to fit. Assembling the clip after you loosen it is very, very difficult.

I was hoping they were stainless steel because someone said they were stainless steel. Mine weren't stainless steel, they appear to be zinc plated; The seller didn't advertise them as rust free so I think everything is fine. They work great and probably fit the fuel line better than typical worm gear clamps.

I bought this brand on purpose because they are listed as standard sizes, not metric, but they are clearly metric. This means the clamp screw must be a standard size, not metric. I work exclusively with vintage cars and the mixed size is very annoying. Yes, you can use a screwdriver, but you can't tighten it as tight as you can with a wrench. If you don't care, they work great.

As noted by other reviews, the rounded edges don't cut into the fuel lines and the screw clamp works well and doesn't over tighten the fuel line. I used to replace a broken spring clamp on a Subaru powered 5000w Homelite petrol generator. I damaged the spring clamp when draining the fuel tank and they fit perfectly if you have this generator. Hope this helps other buyers as well. The seller delivered the goods on time as promised!
