Worst fuel pump

Not even one star. I installed it on my Harley Davidson and after a day it wouldn't hold any pressure. I had to replace it with the original Harley fuel pump. I do not recommend this product

Pros
  • Great for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Requires outlet

Works great, no complaints!

Replaced a 2003 HD Fatboy Softtail and has been working great ever since. Came with everything needed and returned to the OEM place as if it were an OEM. Would buy again if needed.

Pros
  • great product
Cons
  • no instructions

It said it was a generic part but it's unusable junk

Nothing was right, none of it was even remotely close to the original part To make it work I'm a regular Amazon customer as it comes with 3 or 4 orders per week was my worst purchase ever

Pros
  • Quality construction
Cons
  • Appearance

How to remove the old pump

I used this pump on an 88'03 Harley-Davidson FXST, the old pump did not hold the pressure required for the EFI system. I found this by running the gauge on my bike, it only showed 30psi, it should have been 60psi. A big problem. Replacing the pump, filter, hose, etc. did its job. Be careful when pulling out the pump, it's a little difficult. And also be careful with the fuel left in the tank. After collecting everything, I started the bike to a gas station and continued down the road.

Pros
  • Great for me
Cons
  • Some nuances
