🔧 Revitalize Your Fuel-Tool with the Fuel Check Valve Rebuild Kit Review

I bought 6 sets of top o-rings and even with a special fuel tool I couldn't install the o-ring in the correct groove. It was like the o-ring was too big or the tool just wasn't working properly. I destroyed every o-ring. I got my money back for the $80 tool. If the quick connector is leaking, you will need to replace the entire fitting, including the hose in the tank. I also replaced the fuel hose and fitting. I've spent a lot of time trying to get this to work. Just say no.

There really is no instruction manual for this recovery kit. I've read enough reviews and learned what I felt was enough information to try this without purchasing an installer tool. Using a dental tool, pull out the old o-rings and install new ones using a vacuum line. It's a little awkward to use a mirror and all, but even after that the new top o-ring is still leaking. I have a 2014 Harley Super Glide. I suddenly started leaking gas from the fuel check valve. I've read that this is usually caused by a bad bottom o-ring.
