Fujinon XF14mm F2.8 R Lens Review

I chose between 14 and 10-24 and chose 14 (samyangs didn’t stand next to the quality of the lenses), because the pluses warm the soul: 1) cheaper 2) faster aperture (2,8 is not 4, albeit with a stub, beautiful oily bokeh at the minimum focusing distance) 3) no distortion problems 4) less weight and dimensions 5) fixed sharpness, reliable design 6) optimal focal length. Pros: sharpness is better than that of 10-24 On my 18-55 at the short end, Just a super lens! Different cons: and the aperture ring rotates too easily, but this is a drawback of all Fuji branded lenses.

I would give this lens four and a half stars but you can't give half. This is a well made, very sharp lens, light and small. I use it with the 18-55 zoom and I get everything in a small bag. The combination of these focal lengths allows me to do whatever I want with a rangefinder camera.
