FSA BB386 Bottom Bracket

This FSA BB386 fits my road bike with a 68mm bottom bracket, easy to install, comes with all gaskets and comes ready to install.

Great for mountain bikes

I needed a bottom bracket support to get through the winter at Rays Indoor Bike Park and it has worked every week since. It was paired with a Raceface Atlas Cinch crankset. This is a special travel BB that has been successfully used indoors and is holding up well. I will use this BB for mountain bike routes.

Worked for BB386 FSA Crankset

This BB outboard bearing was retrofitted to a Bianchi steel frame in the mid 90's for use with an FSA 11 speed crank. I wish it had come with the FSA BB brand tool but I got it working with a rag and an oil filter wrench. I know most bike mechanics shy away from it, but sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do.

Works as expected on gear components

Works as expected. Note, however, that in my 2019 Topstone Aluminum I have a cable guide that screws into the bottom of the bike. The shaft on this 30mm was MUCH larger than the 19mm it replaced and I couldn't get it in with the bolt because the ends of the bottom bracket spindle are larger than the middle. So I unscrewed the bolt, put in the bottom bracket and spindle, and then screwed the bolt back on. Otherwise, installation requires an FSA tool, which I also knew and bought (you can't use a
