⚙️ Fuller 10349003C Countersinks with Compatible Drills Review

Excellent drills. I've tried many Dewalt kits over the years that worked well but always came across as boring. Fuller's set cost twice as much, which prompted me to be more careful with it. They cut very cleanly which is important to me working in a trading shop. Ideal for head screws as well as clean heads of countersunk screws. Also included is a 3/8" pair of pliers!

I have been using a Fuller product for a while and am impressed with the quality; this kit seems to be of good quality. What worries me is that it doesn't include a set/locking ring which is an essential part of any countersink if you want to control the depth of the hole. Consider this part a must-have when working with 5/8" or thinner stock. I also note that all other multi-sink sets sold by Fuller or JapanWoodworker include this part.

I have had WL Fuller countersinks in the past and they have always been of fairly good quality. A few years later after purchasing this set I now know that this quality has changed a bit. And not on "good". Like most other manufacturers. All 3 drills were ground incorrectly. The cutting edges of the drills were "off center" and needed to be resharpened to drill precise holes. Something I shouldn't have done for the price! For the price I would NOT buy them again nor recommend them.
