What cheap junk. It was DOA! After taking it apart and playing around with it enough, I was ONLY able to get it to work. The wires inside were almost bent in half and barely touched. The circuit board inside is not fixed, creating strong contact with the magnet mechanism that prevents rotation. Bad bearings for the gears and they keep slipping. (Nothing on the plate) FUNGDO, you should be ashamed.

Does its job very well and starts spinning almost immediately in direct sunlight. Doesn't work well in indirect sunlight. So if you want solar functionality, you need to put it on a windowsill. Luckily it has room for one AA battery at night or when it's not sunny. My only issue with it is that it's a bit noisy, it makes a little constant crackle when spinning. Not a perfect product if you want this in your bedroom or office it would be troublesome to fall asleep or work. But otherwise he does…
