Easy installation with no special tools

I needed this when replacing the front fork on a Juiced Bike HyperScorpion. VERY EASY to install without any special tools. Go to YouTube and search for "Uncle Fiester". for help and advice on installation.

Fits perfectly! in cycling

The ZS56/40 is what you need if you have one of the new 2020 Schwinn models with a tapered steering column. The stock forks have 1-1/8 straight tube, which is what you need when upgrading to a 1-1/2 tapered fork. Fits perfectly!

Expensive but high quality.

Used to mount a Bucklos fork to an Axum DP midframe. Installation took about 20 minutes as I don't have the right press, but I managed it with a rubber mallet, some lube and a lot of patience. You have to be very careful to make sure it goes in very evenly. The frame can be damaged if used unevenly.

I have a 2016 overdrive with 42mm inner diameter top and bottom. I would call the standard headset semi-integrated, meaning the top part is considered IS42 and the bottom is EC/44. You'll need to look up the headset standards to fully understand the naming convention, but of course the lower steering column needs to be rebuilt with this product will. Higher end bikes are usually standardized to 42/52 so they have a smaller head tube diameter and this part essentially does that for you. This…

Very good headset on the bottom just when I needed it

I ruined the cheap cage ball bearings that were installed on my daughter's bike. The local bike shop said they can't even order these bearings anymore (?) and they would have to order a new headset. I knew it would take forever. Ordered from Revain Saturday afternoon, installed Monday afternoon! It was pretty easy. The bike in this case (Polygon Xtrada) had a standard ZS tapered steerer tube, but straight steerer 1-1/8" forks were easier. Pull out the old steel bottom cup, put in the new…
