Received it today and was excited until I opened it up and saw the 'removable lining' was missing. There was also a metal pole that had no explanation or instructions. I later checked online that it fits in the front of the backpack for stability. Considering the price it would be worth trying to keep but as it has no food or bedding it is not suitable to house my dog. There is also a very abrasive Velcro strip on the underside.
